She is survived by her children, Craig (Dolly) and Cameron (Laurie) all of Grand Forks, Ruann (Jerry) Deschene of Warren, MN grandchildren, Jesse (Amber) Tweten, Talia (Mark) Telander, Janna Martin, Andrea (Laura) Tweten, Brad Tweten, Morgan (Todd) Olson, Christopher (fiancé Trina Stollenwerk) Deschene, Brenna (Aaron) Olson, Hannah (Hayden) Sczepanski, Shayla Miller, Evan Deschene, Christian Tweten, Coby Tweten and great grandchildren, Mason (Svea) Benefield, Elle, Ivy and Abbi Tweten, Madeline Martin, Lola and Greta Telander, Landry and Dalton Olson, Josephine Tweten and Evelyn and Sutton Olson Brother and Sister-In-Law, Byron and Bernice Knutson, and Sister-in-Law, Dagney Tweten and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. When you need to replace your tip the Tweeten Cue Top Sander sands off the old glue for a nice, flat base. Her greatest enjoyment was her grandchildren and attending their activities and just hanging out with them. She liked to do crafts and house decorating. They lived in Fort Leonard Wood, MO Lakota, ND and Grand Forks, ND where they raised their three children Craig, Cameron and Ruann.Ĭarol worked at Sears for 16 years in the Insurance Department, retiring in 1987.Ĭarol belonged to Calvary Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School and belonged to Alter Guild, Circle, Prayer chain and Funeral Committee.Ĭarol enjoyed visiting shut-ins, having coffee with her friends, and playing cards with family and friends. She attended grade school at Harlow and graduated from Benson County Agricultural School, Maddock, ND.Ĭarol married Basil Tweten August 13, 1950. After high school, Glenn obtained a degree. Glenn was born on Decemin Iola, WI to Harris and Ruby (Helgeson) Twetan. To honor Glenn’s wishes, there will be a private burial service at Our Savior’s Cemetery outside Iola. She was baptized and confirmed at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Harlow, ND. Twetan, 77, of Stevens Point, Wisconsin passed away on Jat the Marshfield Medical Center.

Carol Beverly (Knutson) Tweten 89, of Grand Forks, ND passed away April 14, 2022, at Altru Hospital surrounded by her family.Ĭarol was born August 13, 1932, at Harlow, North Dakota, she was the daughter of Ruth (Westrum) and Peter Knutson.
